This past summer, teens (ages 13 - 18) were asked to checkout the photograph by local teen photographer Jessica Flanagan titled The Dark Coast and to write an original short story based on the photograph. Creativity was emphasized and the essay could not exceed 1500 words. The entries were judged by KRL Youth Services Librarians.
