Visit KRL's Nine Branches to Enjoy a Local Tour

Tour de KRL encourages Kitsap residents to discover the United Branches of Kitsap Regional Library.

You can pick up your free Tour de KRL Passport at any branch library or from Kitsap Regional Library staff who will be at a variety of community events throughout the summer. The Passport has a map showing the locations of our nine branches and also has historical and statistical information about each branch. The Passport is a great keepsake, just as it is.

But it's even better if you use it as the basis of an easy "staycation" tour of Kitsap County. Take your Passport with you as you visit each branch. At each location, a KRL staff member will apply a unique stamp to the page depicting their branch. (You don't have to visit our traveling branch, the bookmobile, as an official part of the Tour, but give a wave if you see it on the road.)

We'll give you a sneak peak at the Passport, but you'll want to pick up the official version of your ticket for an enjoyable, local experience.

Coming Soon - Drawing Winners to be Announced

Those who completed the Tour of our nine branches before Sept. 1, 2010 were entered into a prize drawing. About 140 people completed the Tour before the deadline and are eligible for the prize drawing.

Library Director Jill Jean will draw the winners on Sept. 15. The names of the winners will be posted here, and winners will be contacted after the drawing.
