Kitsap Eviction Prevention Assistance (KEPA) - Renters and landlords can apply for rental or utility assistance from the County for Spring-Summer 2021. This program is operated by Kitsap County and distributed by Kitsap Community Resources, Housing Kitsap, Bremerton Housing Authority and Coffee Oasis.
