Inspired by the multitude of journeys that surround us in the library, reflect on your personal story and dream on where it goes in the next chapter. Class will start with some mindful movements from our chairs and move into reflective meditations on past, present, and future, with time to write in between.
Led by Katie Rains, yoga and meditation instructor, poet, and Yoga & Events.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one. Writing materials and water will be provided.
This event is open to all levels of yoga practitioner and writer. Registration required; see link below.
