Virtual Baby Band

Baby Band focuses on developing pre-literacy skills through songs and rhymes; as well as promoting motor skill, emotional, and cognitive development through movement and music exploration. 

This program is designed to facilitate bonding between babies and their caregivers. A shaker and scarf/handkerchief are recommended. Be ready to shake, rattle and bounce with your little one! 

All the instruments you need for Virtual Baby Band are now available in one fantastic kit! Baby Band Early Learning Kits include a shaker, drum, scarf, bells, music CD, board books, and a guide that will help facilitate active musical play at home. 

Participants can stop by Silverdale, Manchester, or Port Orchard Libraries' curbside service to request a kit that can be checked out for the duration of the program. Kits are also available through our online catalog; just search "Baby Band Kit!"
