Kitsap Regional Library provides free, accessible meeting rooms which support the needs of our communities. Library meeting rooms are available to the public on equal terms, regardless of the beliefs or affiliations of the individuals or groups requesting their use. Approved meetings must abide by Kitsap Regional Library’s Meeting Room Policy and Standards for Patron Conduct, as well as guidelines specific to each of our nine locations.

Be advised that large meeting rooms at other locations are not yet available, but small study spaces may be used on a first-come-first-serve basis. The Bainbridge location meeting room is maintained by the Bainbridge Island Public Library Board of Directors.

Capacity: 38 maximum
Fee varies. Room can be rented for a minimum of one hour and in increments of 30 minutes thereafter. Room unavailable from noon-2 p.m.
Friends of Manchester Library oversees meeting room rental and fee collection and determine the rates and policies for room rental.

Amenities: 15 6'x3' tables, 80 chairs, sink, public Wi-Fi, 85" television screen, 120" projection screen, sound system, (HDMI connection only), microphone stand, AV kit that contains an HDMI cable, microphone available upon request
