The Washington State Certification Portal, opens a new window provides free access with your library card to self-paced courses, exam vouchers, and remote proctoring and practice tests to help you learn and earn certifications for Cisco CST, CompTIA, Microsoft, QuickBooks, IT Specialist, and other in-demand tech skills through the Washington State Library portal.
This program operates on a limited budget, and all funds go toward purchasing program materials. On occasion, testers may be placed on a waitlist while voucher stock is being delivered. WSL regrets that it is unable to reimburse testers who have chosen to purchase their own voucher.
