Forms must be received by 5 p.m., Aug. 31, 2023. Three prizes per branch worth approximately $150-$300 (retail value). No cash will be awarded. Valid for Washington residents only. Entries outside WA are ineligible. Prizes must be picked up at a Library location. Winners, selected at random, will be notified by Sept. 15, 2023; you do not have to be present to win.
