Kitsap Regional Library is committed to meeting the requirements of Washington State laws regarding access to public records.

The Washington State Public Records Act governs Kitsap Regional Library. Under the terms of that Act, with certain exemptions specified in the law, all public agencies' documents are deemed public records.
