Camp Create

Take part in hands-on engineering and robotics projects, multiple science experiments, and various other STEM activities with our partners from the USS Turner Joy, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, US Naval Undersea Museum, US Naval Undersea Warfare Center Keyport, Puget Sound Navy Museum and the SEA Discovery Center. Permission forms will be provided on the first day of camp.

Meet K9 Ruger: A Search and Rescue Dog

Learn about search dogs and wilderness safety with K9 Ruger and his dog handler Robert Calkins. Watch a live doggie demonstration of how Ruger finds things. Robert is a local author and has written books for all ages about the world of K9 search and rescue. 

P-Patch Scavenger Hunt

Meet at the Village Green Community P-Patch garden and complete a self-led nature scavenger hunt. 

LEGO Club

Build from your imagination or work with friends to construct simple or elaborate LEGO creations.

Create a World with Toni Yuly

Explore and participate in the process of creating a story, from idea to artwork, with artist and author Toni Yuly. Free lunch for youth ages 0-18 years from 11:30 am-12:00 noon every Tuesday and Wednesday through August 14, Meals provided through partnership between the Library and the Bremerton School District.
