Personalized Services FAQs

  • Mobile Services

Mobile Services offers delivery of library materials to healthcare facilities, group homes, and individual residences, providing personalized services to those who qualify but cannot visit our branches. Receive a monthly delivery of library items selected just for you. Make your request in the catalog, or a staff member can recommend titles for you.

Delivery of library materials is available to qualifying individuals with significant short-term or long-term barriers to visiting a library location. Examples of qualifications include convalescing individuals and residents of retirement homes, adult care homes, and assisted living facilities.

Home delivery is a free service, made possible by public funding, ensuring everyone has access to the library’s resources. Fines may be assessed for lost or damaged items.
