Meet & Study Rooms

Kitsap Regional Library provides free, inclusive access to accessible large and small spaces to support our community's needs. Rooms are available to the public on equal terms and must abide by the Library’s Meeting Room Policy , opens a new windowand Standards for Patron Conduct,, opens a new window as well as guidelines specific to each location. While Kitsap Regional Library spaces are free, some rooms are owned by community partners who may charge fees for their use.

Use of a meeting room does not constitute an endorsement or sponsorship by Kitsap Regional Library of a program or points of view expressed within the program.

Study Room 1

Amenities: One table, three chairs, and public Wi-Fi.
Reservations: First come, first served.

Study Room 2

Amenities: Two tables, six chairs, and public Wi-Fi.
Reservations: First come, first served.

Study Room 3

Amenities: Three tables, four chairs, public Wi-Fi, and two youth computers.
Reservations: Exclusively for children's use from 1 to 5 pm. All other times: first come, first served.

Meeting Room

Amenities: Seven tables, 50 chairs, public Wi-Fi, AV equipment, and projector screens.

Large Community Room

Amenities: 15 tables, 80 chairs, public Wi-Fi, one sink, a 120" projection screen, a sound system with an HDMI port, a microphone stand, an AV kit with an HDMI cable, and a microphone available upon request. The room can be reserved outside of regular open hours, but an access badge must be collected during open hours, 1-2 days in advance.

Meet & Study Room 1

Amenities: One table, ten chairs, public Wi-Fi, a whiteboard, and a 65" TV with an HDMI port.

Meet & Study Room 2

Amenities: One table, three chairs, a sofa, an armchair, public Wi-Fi, and a whiteboard.

Meet & Study Rooms 3 & 4

Amenities: One adjustable-height table, four chairs, public Wi-Fi, USB charging ports.

Reservations

Individuals or groups may make up to 12 reservations per calendar year. Online reservations for any of the Meet & Study Rooms can be made up to 12 hours in advance and up to three months ahead on a rolling basis. Meet & Study Room 2 can only be booked for a two-hour block. The Large Community Room must be reserved online three days in advance; patrons can call the library for reservations within three days.
