Policy Statement

Kitsap Regional Library is committed to providing fair and equitable service to Kitsap County residents. It is the Library’s goal to ensure that all patrons have a clear and fair avenue to express concerns and address complaints regarding library services, spaces, procedures, and policies. By fostering an environment where feedback is welcomed and addressed promptly, the library aims to maintain high standards of service, promote transparency, and continuously improve in serving the community. Patrons are encouraged to share their thoughts on any issues or concerns they may have. Library staff will work to resolve issues quickly and fairly, ensuring a satisfactory experience for all patrons. If library staff cannot resolve an issue, the Library Board of Trustees may make a final decision.
